Practice Schedule
2026 Swim Team practices for our Sharks will begin on Tuesday, May 26th, 2026 (NOT Mini Sharks).
Mini-Shark practices will start on Thursday, June 18th, 2026.
Practices are Monday to Friday (see below for designated times)*.
Note: Swimmers who are at least 10 years old and have either passed the swim test or are on the swim team can come to the pool by themselves. Swim team members who are 9 years old and younger who have not successfully passed the swimming test administered by the Pool Staff must be accompanied by someone at least 13 years old who will be responsible for them. For more information about the swim test, please ask the Pool Staff.
* Swim practice will be held unless the pool closes due to lightning or thunder. The front page of Hunter Mill Swim & Racquet Club's website will upload frequently during stormy weather to notify you if the pool is closed.

Camper Practices every Tuesday and Thursday evening
(Starting June 23 - July 16, 2026)
Starting, June 23, we will have afternoon 'Camper' practices each Tuesday and Thursday for those Swim Team members who are unable to attend their designated morning swim team practice. Swimmers may not attend both morning and afternoon practices on the same day. Note: Camper practices are only available to our Shark Swim Team Members and not to our Mini-Sharks.
