Volunteer Commitment
It takes close to 50+ parent volunteers to run one swim meet! That’s why, volunteers are the backbone of The Hunter Mill Swim Team and we rely on ALL families to volunteer during the swim season.
- Shark Parents must volunteer a minimum of six credits.
- The minimum credit requirement is a floor and not a ceiling! If a job needs to be filled and you’re available, please help out even if you’ve meet your obligations.
- Volunteer opportunities will be posted throughout the season via SwimTopia.
- Families may earn multiple credits at a single event by having multiple family members volunteer.
- Volunteer credits can also be earned by filling non-meet roles throughout the season, such as planning/running social events or handling organizational and administrative tasks.
