Winter Swim Programs

We have found that there are many benefits to our kids participating in a year-round swim program, including maintenance or increase in fitness levels, stroke development, speed, and confidence with starts, turns, and finishes. In addition, they benefit from the social interaction with other kids and learn discipline and resilience.

Another benefit of a winter swim program is faster and stronger Sharks in the summer.

Many local clubs offer a vast range of programs, including stroke development and competitive programs.

You can choose morning or afternoon workouts. We suggest a minimum of 2 days per week to maintain fitness. Older kids should swim more than 2 days per week if it fits into your schedule.

We've contacted several programs and have included info below. We'll add to this list as we hear back from other clubs.
